We grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruits fertilized primarily by compost made here on the farm and OMRI approved soil amendments. 

Our growing practices require minimal inputs other than a small tractor to operate the spader, and electric hand tillers.  The majority of cultivation is performed by hand with hoes and other small tools. We harvest and process with care by hand.
